Our staff will try to accommodate all of your needs and make this a positive experience. Patients are generally seen in the office by appointment only, but we usually can accommodate same day appointments. You may call the office with questions or make an appointment.

The focus at DeMaio Family Chiropractic is to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your health, wellness, and disease management. We assist and guide you to take the time to care for the important people in your world: you and your family.  In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can work with your insurance or customized an individual or family plan

We ask that all new patients bring the following to their initial appointment:

• * Photo identification for a copy to be placed in your chart

• * Insurance card or insurance information

• * If you have an HMO insurance, please bring your referral authorization from your primary physician office to your          appointment. We are unable to see patients without this authorization and your appointment will need to be rescheduled

• * Payment for your co-pay, deductible or out of pocket expense at the time of your appointment.

• * X-rays, CT Scans, or Bone Scans  (if available)

   

Do Insurance Plans Cover Chiropractic?

Many health insurances are now offering coverage for Chiropractic care, especially for insured American workers. Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No Insurance

If your insurance does not cover or you don’t have health insurance, DeMaio Family Chiropractic will work with you to create a self pay program. DeMaio Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and offers a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

 

DeMaio Family Chiropractic also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards as a convenience to you. Payment is expected at time of service for any plan with an upfront co-payment, deductible, or out of pocket expense.

At DeMaio, we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it.
